Alan is one of the owners of Aegis Title Associates, LLC. Alan has been a member of the Maryland bar and practiced law in all Maryland state and federal courts since 1980. He graduated with a degree in economics from McDaniel College (formerly Western Maryland College) in 1974 and a law degree from the University of Baltimore in 1980. Mike came on board as a licensed settlement officer in 2005. In addition to his title license, he also has 20 years experience as a licensed property and casualty agent. He is a member of the Northern Anne Arundel Chamber of Commerce and Leads Club International. He has completed MLTA's three-part series, "Nuts & Bolts of Title & Settlement in Maryland."

Melissa has been in the title business for over ten years. She supervises our processors, troubleshoots problem files, and keeps the office running smoothly. Melissa is continuing her education this fall with AACC for her Associates degree in Business/Entrepreneur. She completed a Three week Salesmanship Course for selling and customer psychology and an Eight-hour Management Course with AACC. 

Meredith recently graduated from St. Mary’s College of Maryland with a degree in History and a minor in Africa and African Diaspora Studies. She is beginning the Master’s of Arts in Teaching program at Towson University in the Fall and is excited to be able to combine business experience from Aegis with her education studies. She lives with her musically-talented boyfriend Aaron and a cat named Duo in Fells Point, Baltimore.

Jennifer is a 10-year veteran of the customer service industry. She has been working at Aegis Title Associates, LLC since April, 2013, and enjoys the fast-paced, client-centered environment. She is eager to learn more about the title business and to continue to provide excellent customer care. She lives in Arbutus with her 7-year old daughter and 5 Chihuahuas. In her spare time she enjoys reading, watching the Ravens win, and writing contemporary fiction.

Jade graduated from the College of Charleston in 2004 with a Political Science degree before joining one of the country’s largest plaintiffs’ firms, Motley Rice, LLC. Her experience at this firm, working on the 9/11 Anti-Terrorism litigation team, inspired her to attend law school. She graduated from the University of Baltimore in 2010 with a dual JD/MS in Negotiations and Conflict Management.
